Plans and billing
Your plan decides which features you have. The price depends on three things only - the plan, the people who signed in this month, and the SMS codes sent.
Nothing you configure in your console changes the bill. Prices are in Algerian dinars, excluding TVA (19%).

- Pilot. Everything, free for 30 days, to try it on your own application.
- Standard. The authentication gate: every check before anyone gets in.
- Premium. Full Zero Trust: the checks keep running after sign-in.
- Enterprise. Large deployments, on-premise, 24/7 support. Quoted.
SMS codes cost 20 DA each on paid plans. Email codes and captcha are included.
An active user is someone who signed in at least once that month. Going over the included number never blocks anyone at sign-in. The extra people are billed.

Premium features#

Changing plan#
Open Plan & billing → Change plan, choose a plan, and pay. Only an owner can do this.

Moving up takes effect the moment it is paid. Moving down takes effect when the period you already paid for ends.
Payments are in demonstration mode
The console currently runs card payments in demonstration mode. The whole flow works and an invoice is issued, but no money is charged and no card details are collected.
Every invoice stays on the Plan & billing page, ready to print or save as PDF.
When a feature leaves your plan#
Nothing you configured is deleted. A setting such as session binding is kept and paused, and the page says so. It works again the moment your plan includes it. Webhooks stop sending and alert rules stop firing in the meantime; neither is replayed later.
Payment before activation#
Most accounts start with the free Pilot. Some are set up by VERISCO as payment before activation: there is no free trial, and your tenant goes live once your first invoice is paid. Your console says "Your tenant is approved and waiting for its first payment", and Plan & billing says Not active yet and offers to pay for the plan you chose at sign-up.

Tenants from before plans#
A tenant licensed before plans existed is on Legacy: every feature, exactly as before. It is not offered to new tenants.
