VERISCO Shield Monitor and respond
The AI assistant
Ask your console a question in plain language, and get an answer drawn from your own tenant's records and from this documentation.
The assistant is the chat in your console. It answers two kinds of question.
| Kind | Example |
|---|---|
| About your tenant | "Who was refused yesterday, and why?" "Which accounts have not used a second factor this month?" |
| About the product | "What is the difference between watch and enforce?" "How do I add a passkey?" |
What it can see#
- Your tenant's own records: sign-in decisions, sessions, devices, alerts, your configuration.
- The product's documentation.
What it cannot see#
| Your application | Its code, its database contents, its server logs. VERISCO reads your user table to check credentials and nothing else. |
| Other tenants | Every answer is scoped to the tenant whose console the question was asked from. |
| Names, in pseudonymous view | If pseudonymous view is on, its answers use pseudonyms too. |
When it does not know#
It says so, and names the page that does. "I don't have that. Sign-in Activity records the reason per event" lets you finish the job in one click. A confident invented answer would not, and you would not know you needed to check.
It does not act for you#
The assistant reads and explains. Changing a policy, ending a session or lifting a block stays with a person, on the page for it, under their own role.
